Apparel, bath and accessories can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
Fount Society has its own windows: 30 days to return, 7 days to exchange. International orders are eligible for returns and store credit only. We issue refunds within 14 days of receiving your return.
Sending it back takes three steps.

Start in the portal
Find your order and choose return or exchange. Every return needs to go through the portal to be refunded.

Print your label
US exchanges carry no processing fee. For returns from the US, Canada, UK and Australia, a return processing fee applies to each refund. The fee is 3% of the refund amount, with a minimum of $11.99. Elsewhere, you’ll provide your own label.

Pack it up
Use the original packaging if you have it. Send each return in its own package with its own label, and keep your drop-off receipt until your refund arrives.
